探讨导管固定装置欣皮固的临床应用及效果。［方法］选择腹部外科手术后放置１种及以上引流管的病人１００例，随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予导管固定装置欣皮固固定引流管，对照组仍用常规胶带法固定，观察两组的引流管滑脱率，病人的舒适度，医患满意度及护理工作量。［结果］观察组的引流管滑脱率，护理工作量均明显少于对照组，医患的满意度和病人的舒适度均高于对照组。
