Fixation Device in Clinical application and effect observation

ABSTRACT: [Objective] To investigate the clinical application and effect of the catheter fixator Cindex. [Method] 100 patients with one or more kinds of drainage tube after abdominal surgery were selected randomly.

They were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was treated with catheter fixator Xinpigu fixed drainage tube, while the control group was still fixed with conventional tape method. The slippage rate of drainage tube in the two groups was observed.

Comfort, doctor-patient satisfaction and nursing workload. [Result] The slippage rate of drainage tube and nursing workload in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the satisfaction of doctors and patients and the comfort of patients.

The degree was higher than that of the control group. [CONCLUSION] The use of catheter fixator Xinpigu to fix abdominal drainage tube can significantly reduce the slippage rate of drainage tube, improve patient's comfort and doctor-patient satisfaction.
